I found something I want/need/love/can't be without, but it's out of stock! Can I still get it?
Send us an email asking pretty please for your item and we will let you know when we will have more stock, or let you know how to pre-order if it's an incoming item. 

 

Can you save me the embarrassment of giving your products as a gift looking like a three year old has wrapped them?
Gift wrapping happens to be a special skill of ours (right after coffee enthusiast-ing and donut sampling). We can even write a special note for you if you leave us instructions at the checkout. 

 

What is your policy on exchanges or refunds?
If you receive a product that you are not 100% happy with, simply send us an email at hello.southbound@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number, product name and reason for the return.

Exchanges are available on all products including sale and promotional items*
Refunds are not currently available for change of mind purchases due to the small batch nature of our products.
However, if it's faulty or otherwise not up to scratch, refunds are available on products excluding sale and promotional items. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please email us with photos of the item and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out*
Return postage is at the customers expense unless product is faulty or damaged.
